Jack Robertson

Jack is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Strength & Conditioning. He has a deep understanding of how to motivate and get the best out of those who want to make rewarding changes in their life.


After finding CrossFit in 2016, Jack's life improved massively. He established a more balanced and healthy lifestyle that positively impacted his physical and mental health.


Having trained with influential coaches in Brooklyn, Chicago, Detroit and Fairfield, Jack has pocketed a number of essential technical cues and absorbed expertise from a range of fitness modalities including endurance training, olympic lifting, gymnastics, and bodybuilding.


He has worked tirelessly to become the athlete he is today, and he wants to share his experience and knowledge with everyone who is willing to listen.


Alli Hirst

As a Masters Athlete, Alli makes her own specific choices in nutrition, recovery, sleep and movement. She is a prime example of a woman in her 60's who recognizes that working out for longevity, and adaptation to exercise to achieve the best possible sustainable outcome is paramount.


Moving to the USA from England in 2000 offered the chance to start strength training - a solid base to all things. Alongside a mixture of kick boxing, road biking, and ultimately CrossFit, she found her passion.


A desire to learn more, develop skills and encourage others followed. Becoming a certified L1 CrossFit coach 6 years ago was a no brainer - embracing the educational aspect of developing other athlete's potential depending on their own specific journey.


We don't always know the exact path to take, but we all need help to find it. Alli takes enormous pride in helping you to find your own route.
