Welcome to Dumbbell Social Club, a compact, immersive gym located in Fairfield, CT. We are dedicated to bringing the best out of our clients with exquisite technical knowledge and over a decade of experience in the physical fitness industry.

Our size helps us stay on top of all of our athletes, to make sure their lives in and out of the gym are running in tandem. We offer small group classes, as well as personal training services to anyone who is ready to work hard.
